Terry W. Vanderpool
Mr. Vanderpool is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese and is the firm's representative for clients who prefer a Spanish or Portuguese speaking attorney. Mr. Vanderpool spent more than a decade in the steel industry before he began his legal career and currently holds a Professional Engineering License in the state of Texas. He is licensed to practice law in the States of Pennsylvania and Texas, the Federal Southern District of Texas, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Rodney A. Brown
Mr. Brown formerly worked in the USDA SNAP for over 20 years where he analyzed hundreds of SNAP cases, making him very familiar with SNAP retailer investigations. Because of his SNAP work, he is our lead attorney for all SNAP and EBT cases. A graduate of South Texas College of Law in May 2000, he also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law/Contracts. He is licensed in the State of Texas and the Federal Southern Distict of Texas court.
